Karamat’s work on Pakistani Boys Achievement and White Working Class Underachievement is widely recognised. As lead consultant on the Church of England’s Education project ‘Unlocking Gifts’ he supported a range of in school projects aimed improving practice.
We recognise that effective practice only occurs where strong leadership is in place, Sue’s work linking leadership development, school improvement and educational outcomes has real impact in the schools she supports.
We are passionate about helping schools and their communities create a climate and culture for learning. In order to do this we have developed expertise and tools that enable debate on values and ethos to translate into tangible outcomes.
